Indicate what event and performance you want to attend, preference of seating location, price of tickets and number of tickets. A processing fee is added to all ticket sales. Please call the box office for the processing fee for a specific event.

Tickets may be charged by calling (717) 534-3405. Not all events or programs are available for sale via phone during certain times of the year. A processing fee is added to all ticket sales. Please call the box office Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and our staff will be happy to assist you with questions about an event or program and processing fee information.
Purchasing by Visiting the Box Office:
The Hershey Theatre Box Office is located at 15 East Caracas Avenue in Downtown Hershey. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm; on performance days, the box office is open 10am to curtain time. Free parking is available on Caracas Avenue, or in the Hershey Foods parking lot opposite the entrance. Directions

Getting Your Tickets:
At the height of our subscription season, and at the beginning of individual ticket sales, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. From September through May, tickets are mailed the day they are processed. If you order within a week of the show, tickets may be held at the Box Office. You may pick them up anytime prior to curtain. (However, it is advisable to allow 15 minutes for the pick-up if ticket sales were unusually heavy).
Group Sales:
Groups of 20 or more may qualify for special discounts on most performances. For more information on discounts, special events, tours, and other benefits for groups, call (717) 534-3415, Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. Visit our Group Sales page for more details.
Ticket Refund:
Once your order has been processed, no refunds or exchanges will be
accepted. Please be sure you have selected the proper event and time,
venue, and seat locations (when applicable) prior to completing your
order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If an event
is cancelled, we will issue a refund for the price of the ticket only.
Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees,
are not refundable.
Seating Diagram:
The entire main floor is called the orchestra. It is divided into three sections. The center section generally runs from seats "101" through "114". As you look at the diagram, the left section has even numbers, starting with seat "2" on the center aisle, and spanning to seat "28" in the longest rows. The right section has odd numbers, starting with seat "1" on the center aisle, and spanning to seat "27" in the longest rows.
The balcony is divided with invisible lines into four sections: the loge (Rows AA, BB, & CC), lower balcony (Rows A - G), middle balcony (Rows H - M), and upper balcony (Rows N - Q).
There are five sections in all balcony areas. The center section generally runs from seats "101" through "112". As you look at the diagram, the far left section is evenly numbered, starting with seat "22" and running through "32" in the longest rows. The left center section is evenly numbered, starting with seat "2" on the center aisle, and spanning to seat "20" in the longest rows. The far right section has odd numbers, starting with seat "21" and running through "31" in the longest rows. The right center section has odd numbers, starting with seat "1" on the center aisle, and spanning to seat "19" in the longest rows.
Easy Access & Special Services
For your
convenience, we offer easy drop-off and pick- up at our front entrance.
We are happy to accommodate those using wheelchairs, walkers, or are in
need of an infrared listening device. Please mention this information when
you are placing your order. Much of the seating on the orchestra level
is completely step-free and our accessible rest room is conveniently located
on the main floor behind the rear orchestra. The Balconies and Loge are
only accessible via steps, no elevator is available to these levels.
